• Every time you purchase an item online, you earn loyalty points (registered customers only).
• For every $10 you spend, you receive 1 loyalty point.
• 1 loyalty point = $1 discount on a future purchase.
• Loyalty points are automatically added to your account once your purchase is completed.
• Loyalty points can be used on any future purchase except clearance and Black Friday items.
• To earn loyalty points, you must have an account and place an online order.
• You can only use the loyalty points available in your account at the time of checkout.
• If you use all your loyalty points on a purchase, any new points earned will be added after the order is completed.
• You can view your loyalty points balance by logging into your account and visiting the Reward Points tab.
How to Use Your Points
• At the order review page during checkout, you will be given the option to use your loyalty points.
• Select how many points you would like to use (1 point = $1).
• The selected amount will be deducted from your order total.
• Please note that loyalty points cannot be used on clearance items.
Terms and Conditions
• Loyalty points are issued only after a purchase has been completed.
• Loyalty points earned on an order cannot be used against that same order.
• Loyalty points can be used on any product except clearance and Black Friday items.
• Loyalty points can only be earned through online purchases.
• Points are calculated on the net basket value after discounts, excluding delivery charges.
• Loyalty points can only be redeemed up to the value of the order, excluding delivery — orders cannot result in a negative balance and delivery is always payable.
• Loyalty points are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.
• Loyalty points expire 3 months from the date they are issued and will be removed automatically if unused.
Returns & Refunds
• If you return items from an order, any loyalty points used as part of that purchase will not be re-allocated to your account.
• Where a refund is due, you will be refunded only the net monetary amount paid.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
